for the HEAnet Conference 2025
The Submit Your Talk Idea/ Abstract submission process for the HEAnet Conference 2025 is now closed.
The submission period started on 12 March and closed on June 6. Due to review process we cannot extend the deadline, and we cannot accept late submissions. If you missed the deadline, please submit your work for the next HEAnet Conference.
Date: 5 – 7 November 2025
Submission Deadline: Friday June 6th COB
Call for Submissions:
Presentations: A 25-minute session followed by 5 minutes Q&A, providing an in-depth exploration of a chosen topic. Submit an outline of maximum 500 words and a brief speaker bio.
Lightning Talks: A five-minute talk followed by Q&A, offering a quick dive into key topics. Submit an outline of maximum 100 words and a brief speaker bio.
